I just came from getting out of the gym and I noticed a sound coming from the rear passenger tire. It was a late Saturday afternoon. I was worried that no one could be able to look at this late. Lucky I live right by Firestone, I came in and the service manger said no problem it will be fix today. I wasn’t expecting that, it was fixed about an hour later. Amazing service!

Jesus and Ron were awesome, they addressed my needs and kept me abreast of the status of my Truck. AC Service was excellent, everything in working order. The facility was great, seeing as I had to wait I am very pleased that I chose to do business with them. Guys thank you!

Ron and Jesus were great! Brought in a flat tire needing repair by doing online appointment. Took me right away and got fixed under 1 hour. They also added air to my spare and all other tires! I would definitely go there again!

Ron and staff took care of me with my Scion IM with oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. They were very through on keeping me updated. Great service. Will recommend and come back for future maintenance. Kudos to team around.

Very disappointed with their service. This location has serviced my car for several years without a problem, but this time service was not good. I scheduled and oil change, tire rotation and lifetime wheel alignment. Got a call later in the day that they could not have oil changed because the skid plate bolts were all stripped. Kind of funny as they are the only ones servicing the car, but even more strange is the recommendation to have the dealer changing the oil. To make matters worse, my car had a low tire pressure and they did not even bother to inflate the tires. This is not what I would call "complete auto care". It seems that these car care stores are a hit or miss and all depends in local management that changes from good to bad or vice versa like a blink.
